For the first ten years of practicing law, Armando defended insurance companies and medical providers as a partner with the Orlando law firm of Parker & Johnson. In the last 20 years, he joined his family’s firm, Payas, Payas & Payas, and has solely focused on justice for those injured.
After completing his undergraduate degree in Political Science and English from the University of Central Florida in 1980, Armando earned a Doctorate in Jurisprudence from Florida State University. In 1983 he was admitted to the Florida Bar.
